Eastern Green developed along Broad Lane and the old Birmingham road in the 1930s and filled in with private housing and bungalows through the 1950s and 60s, with Pickford Green and the Allesley lanes on its northern side and the A45 Pickford Way to the south. The garden-village houses are built to current regulations with high levels of insulation and will hold a B for years; they only need a new certificate when their first one expires after ten years, so most of our work there for now is on resale of the earliest plots.
Eastern Green is largely owner-occupied and most certificates are for sales, often of houses owned for decades where a short, clear recommendations list helps buyers understand what they are taking on.
